baudile-radar
The Miracle gateway. One dashboard per brand, gated by Baudile email. Operators query stock forecasts, allocation, lead-time, and reorder triggers without going through the data team. Day 4 build, multi-brand by week 2.
Baudile is a Paris-based brand-building studio. They co-create and operate cosmetics and lifestyle brands, with stock in France, China, Thailand, Japan, and the US. The team had to call engineering for every Shopify section, every Amazon stock pull, every Meta Ads tweak. After the sprint, they run all three on their own. The internal app they built during the sprint now ships to every brand they operate.
Baudile co-creates and operates cosmetics and lifestyle brands. Each brand has its own Shopify, its own Amazon listings, its own Meta Ads stack. The operator team manages the day-to-day across all of them. None of them write code.
So every Shopify section needed a freelance dev. Every Amazon FBA stock pull was a CSV exported by hand. Every Meta Ads tweak meant waiting for the agency. Three operators bottlenecked on three different external dependencies.
The brief was concrete. The team owns Shopify, owns the analysis, owns the ad-ops loop. Five days. Then the same patterns get rolled out to every brand Baudile operates, not just the flagship.
Live demo: a fresh Shopify section built end-to-end in 18 minutes from a one-line brief. The operator who watched it asked, "wait, that's it?" The team had been paying a freelancer four figures a month for this exact pattern.
Claude Code on every laptop. MCPs installed and tested. Shopify Admin (theme + Liquid), GA4, Meta Ads. First end-to-end test: a custom Shopify-section build that pulled product specs into a draft PDP. Twelve minutes.
The team built four real Shopify sections during the day, on the flagship brand. Promo banner, ingredient-reveal block, cross-brand cart upsell, multilingual hero. Each one paired with a reusable skill, version-stamped, ready to clone onto every other brand.
Built and shipped baudile-radar, an internal tool that pipes Miracle (their cross-brand inventory and forecasting service) into a single dashboard, gated by company email. Every brand Baudile operates can now query Miracle without going through the data team.
Friday: each operator ran a full weekly review on their own brand. Section shipped, ad-ops tweak made, stock pulled, all without external help. Sprint receipt printed. Patterns documented for the rest of the brand portfolio. We left.
Every artifact is in production today. Skills get cloned across the brand portfolio. The internal app rolled out brand by brand the week after we left.

Reusable Liquid section for any cosmetics PDP. Click-to-reveal ingredient breakdown with sourcing notes, allergen flags, multilingual labels (FR / EN / JP). Cloned across 4 brands so far.
Pulls FBA inventory across all Baudile-operated ASINs, computes days-of-cover by SKU, flags reorder triggers. Replaced a weekly hand-built CSV ritual that took an operator a full afternoon.
Reads Meta Ads spend + creative performance, identifies fatiguing creatives, drafts the rotation plan in plain language for the operator to approve. No more agency dependence on basic ops.
Generates the upsell logic when a customer buys from one Baudile brand and the catalog has a complementary product in a sister brand. Section + skill, ready to clone.
One-line brief per brand every Monday. Yesterday's revenue, top 3 SKUs, ad spend variance, stock alerts from Miracle. Goes straight into the team's Slack. Replaced a 90-minute manual ritual.
The team stopped waiting on freelancers. Every operator runs their own brand now, top to bottom. Claude for love.
